les Manager for further development and closureCoordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, dispatch, payments, etc.)Website management including literature updates and uploads, SEO monitoring, inbound lead / enquiry follow-upMaintaining E-commerce platforms, inbound lead management and coordinating related sales processes, orders and payments Research consumer needs, Conduct market research and identify selling possibilities and generate interestMaintain and expand database of prospectsNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCo-ordination and participation on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales dataGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsManage all communication with existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as visits, telephone and e-mail Skills, Experience and Educational Qualification:• Proficiency in English• Excellent knowledge of MS Office• Hands-on experience with CRM / Tally / SAP systems is a plus Experience:• 1 – 3 years in sales of process intermediates / Fresher Educational Qualification:• B.E. / B.
