Prepregs are fiber reinforcements—either woven fabrics or unidirectional fiber webs—that are pre-impregnated with a pre-catalyzed resin system. This eliminates the need for wet layup, offering better consistency, higher strength-to-weight ratio, and improved process efficiency.
